New tour outside Russia in the heart of Italy. Tuscany is one of the most popular Italian destinations. It is the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance, motherland of Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo. Tuscan dialect became the official language of Italy. Four of our destinations have been designated World Heritage Sites: the Cathedral square of Pisa, the historical centre of San Gimignano, the historical centre of Siena, and the historic centre of Florence. Cycling part starts in Pisa and ends in Florence. Then we will transfer to Pisa.
Day by day description:
Day 1.
Arrival to Pisa. Climb the leaning tower of Pisa.
Day 2. 30 or 45 km
Cycling to Lucca. Visit the Villa Pfanner. Climb the Guinigi Tower.
Day 3. 45 km
Cycling to San Miniato. Visit La Rocca Federico II.
Day 4. 51 km
Cycling to San Gimignano. La Rocca di Montestaffoli. Visit the Palazzo Publico and climb the Torre Grossa.
Day 5. 50 km
Cycling to Siena. Visit the Duomo (Cathedral), the Piccolomini Library, and Piazza il Campo.
Day 6. 30 km
Cycling to Radda in Chianti. Visiting winery.
Day 7. 45 km
Cycling to Florence. Tour of Florence.
Day 8.
Transfer to Pisa.
